Welcome to the Marshall Chiropractic Life Center new patient center!
We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
That's why at Marshall Chiropractic Life Center our aim is to remove any stress or causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
When you arrive for your first visit, you will need to bring your insurance card(s) and a photo I.D. You should also bring a current list of any medications and nutritional supplements that you are taking. We have you complete a medical history, so knowing dates of surgeries or hospital visits is also helpful.
